Death Dealer 35 Year Commemorative

There are three beautifully framed commemorative editions representing what is perhaps Frank Frazettas most well known work of art. “The Death Dealer.“ This inspiring painting is timeless, and after 35 years it has still stood at the top that all other fantasy art will be judged.

Originally created in 1973, the Death Dealer has inspired many artist to pursue their now art career. Arguably one of the most dramatic and powerful figures created of the 21st century.

The army base, FT Hood, in Texas, has incorporated the image as a symbol of invincibility to boost the moral of the troops. Ft. Hood calls it the Phantom Warrior and proudly displays the logo on the tanks, apache helicopters and uniforms.

Ft. Hood has 2 life size fiberglass statues and one monumental bronze, which is 1 ½ life size replica that stands at the entrance to the army base. The monumental bronze statue weighs over 2 ½ tons, 14 feet high and 16 feet long. It is an impressive piece that represents the United States of America.

Since 1973, Frank Frazetta has done 6 different variations of this magnificent character and is now on his 7th painting at the soon to be age 82.

For the first time, we are offering three framed variations of this commemorative piece in the small edition of just one thousand.

The first is the textured canvas transfer that is 17x22 outside dimensions. Actual brush strokes were applied to the canvas giving it the look of the original art itself. The larger is 22x28 on high quality art paper, matted in black velvet and framed behind glass.

Each is hand stamp signed and limited to only one thousand. Each accompanies a embossed certificate of authenticity. The image symbolizes the Master and his creation as one. The powerful figure stands high upon a mountain with its creator watching over him. Both were made to celebrate 35 years of the Masters finest work. Death Dealer Limited Edition Comic Collection:

Complete collection of all six issues of the gold or silver foiled Death Dealer comic books. These comics were reproduced in extremely low numbers and offered to the Frazetta family and selected dealers. Excluding issue number one that was printed to 1,500 copies in the foil edition and issues 2-6 in just 500 copies, these are the first and only production run offered. Each are first run and printed with a gold or silver foil lettering and seal on the covers. If you are one to start a collection or one whom enjoys comic book collecting, this is a very special offering and sold exclusively through the Frazetta web site. All six full color comic books are in this set and available in the collector folder. When first introduced early 2007, these comics were selling for up to $95 each on selected internet auction sites.

This new limited edition portfolio offers 32 plates from the original unpublished Came the Dawn Bill Gaines strip from 1954. This portfolio contains spectacular renditions of a female in all her sexual power of seductiveness.

It was during this 1954-1955 period that Frazetta produced the amazing Famous Funnies covers and the exquisite Romance comic stories. His brush was dripping with genius at this time. This limited edition portfolio is a joy for any Frazetta connoisseur.

Death Dealer

This fabulous canvas lithograph of the Death Dealer is professionally framed and matted behind glass. What makes this so special is that each edition comes with one of the actual brushes used by Frank Frazetta in the creation of the original Death Dealer oil painting. Both the lithograph and brush are personally signed and numbered by Frank Frazetta. The lithograph has been enhanced with actual brush strokes added to the canvas to simulate the original artwork.

There is an engraved brass plate mounted under the glass stating the editions number to certify and authenticate the artwork.
